To link email accounts to your Urban Seller,
1. Click the gear icon or go to Settings > Setup Email Accounts > Create.
2. Fill in required information, and click Save.
Account name - Keywords that will identify or describe the email address linked.
Email address - This will be your mailbox or virtual address, wherein all emails will be forwarded (incoming) and sent from (outgoing) your Urban Seller account.
Note: You may use a different email address besides the email address used for logging in.
Display name - Set the name displayed in the email. A check box is an option for you to automatically use the logged-in user's Contact name as the Display name.
Username - This is your email address.
Password - Password of your email address
IMAP/SMTP - Use the suggested incoming/outgoing server settings and port numbers of your email domain.
"Mark email as Read" check box - if checked, all emails from your email account linked to your Urban Seller will be marked as read.
In adding Gmail accounts, use these steps to guide you to complete the settings:
1. Refer to Google support for incoming and outgoing mail server settings. Username and password not working? Some apps require you to also turn on access for less secure apps before setting up POP/IMAP connections.
2. In case of 2 step verification Gmail account, in the Incoming Server Settings the password has to be retrieved from Google App Passwords, see https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833 and follow the steps.
