Once you sign in into your Urban Seller account, you have to click on the Envelope icon in order to check your Messages Folders.
My Tickets - All emails assigned to me
All Open Tickets - All unanswered emails
Unassigned tickets - Emails which have not been assigned to a specific agent
The Categories Feature is showing the different occasions the customers are contacting us about. In each Categories Folder, there are emails with different topics such as queries, return requests and cases as shown below.
Once we select a specific folder messages, the emails are being sorted in a list showing quick information of the customers (user name, listing ID, marketplace they are contacting us from, if any attached files, etc..)
Once we open an email from a customer with an order, the whole order information is visible at the right hand-side of the screen. All the details such as telephone number, delivery address, estimated arrival time, listing information and etc are easily accessible.
