In order to manage your settings, you need to go on the ''Settings Section'' in your Urban Seller account.
You can edit your personal information such as ''Contact Name'' and ''Phone Number'' by clicking ''My Profile'' option. You can change your password and set up a new one as well.
Bear in mind that you can not change your email address as you have already been registered to sign in with it.
You can organize the separation of your accounts and online stores by selecting different users responsible for those.
You can manage the Users and their Role into your Urban Seller account.
You can also invite new users and delete old ones as shown below.
You can manage the Roles of your Urban Seller account and choose the permissions you are providing to each agent giving a different kind of access.
Click on the ''Settings'' section -> ''Roles'' as shown below
Once you have clicked on the ''Add New Role button'', you will come up with another window where you can manage the permissions of each role.
Message Rules and Priorities
You can set up different rules in order to manage your messages. You can choose specific store messages to go directly to a folder of your choice.
Once the rule has been created, click enable to activate it.
For example, you can set up all your French messages from the store to go directly to folder ''Store France''.
Add label checkbox - You can categorize your emails with labels so that you can see at a glance what types of emails are coming into your inbox
Add note checkbox - Set a personalized note on a filtered email
Auto Respond checkbox - A useful feature which you can set to send generic responses
"Out of the office" auto response is very useful during Holidays or weekends when your office is closed.
Assign an agent checkbox - You can even Tag a specific agent to handle the filtered messages as shown below
In order to find the ''Message Groups'', go to ''Settings'' -> ''Message Groups''.
When a customer is contacting you from any platform, he is selecting the reason for reaching out to you.
Those ''Messages Groups'' are appearing as a different Folders in the ''Messages'' section in your account where all those emails are gathered by the same title.
Set up message templates for your convenience.
Click on the ''Settings'' section -> ''Message Templates'' -> ''Create Template''
Once you click on the ''Create Template'' button, a pop-up window appears where you can fill the details of your template. This functionality saves you a lot of time while answering to a customer.
Name section - Add Keywords to easily identify the content of the canned response.
Title section - Specify the subject of the email.
Body section - Add Content of the canned response
