Check order before dispatch – make sure you are going to send the same requested product. Know your customer’s preferences. If no stock available, a friendly phone call seems a respectful way to update the customer offering an accurate resolution.
Solve your customer’s problems – fix those immediately. A product free of charge or a future discount is always welcome as a gesture of a good customer service. Take steps to make sure those issues will not happen again.
Everyone wants to feel appreciated, including your customers. There are so many ways you can make them feel good about your business.
