1. Quick Search Filter Messages
When the "Messages" section is selected, there is a Search Icon bar on the top.
You can easily filter your emails by Newest or Oldest First.
You can select to see only the Open/On Hold/Awaiting Response or Closed ones from the icon bar as shown below.
Once any icon of the bar is active, it changes its' color as shown below:
Once you apply any filter to your search, an "Active Filter" reminder will be visible as shown below.
2. Advanced Filter Messages
There is an Advance filter search where you can filter a specific information.
- Go to Messages and then select the “Name/Email/Id Field” on the top of the page.
A drop-down menu will appear where you can select the filter needed in order to find the information.
Name/Email/Id – Search by Customer Name, email or EbayId provided in an existing order
Subject – Search specific words content in email subject
Subject & Body – Search for a specific word included in the Body of an email.
- More search options are visible when you select the “Filter icon” on the top of the page.
- A drop-down menu will appear where you can select the filter needed in order to find the information.
Accounts – Search for an information that exists only in a specific account integrated
Assigned to – Search emails that have been assigned only to a specific agents.
Tagged Agents – Search by emails that have been observed by a Tagged agent.
Privately Owned by – Search the private communication of your agents
Languages – Search for foreign emails by the language
Statuses – Select the Status of the emails you would like to see – Search by Open, Closed, Pending, etc.
Label – Search emails by label added
Category – Search emails by their Category
Message Type – Search emails by the type of the message
Ticket Id – Search emails by the Ticket Number
eBay Cancellation/Return/Inquiry/Case Id - Search emails by the Number of the ebay Cancellation, Return, Inquiry or Case
Date Range – Select to see the communications in a specific Date Range
Had Attachments checkbox – Select if you are looking for the emails that contain attached files
Has Notes checkbox – Select to see the notes in messages left by your agents
Starred checkbox – Select to see the emails marked with a Star
Unread checkbox – Select to see the Unread communications
Show deleted checkbox – Select to include the deleted messages in the search result
Show locked checkbox – Select to include the locked messages in the search result
As a Reminder, any filters applied will be shown on your task bar.
To clear the existing filters applied, simply click on the "Clear All" button on your task bar.
- Save Search
“Save Search” is an option that enables you to Save your Search Filter and apply it every time you need it.
Once you Click on The Save Search button, the system will require a Filter Name so it can be easily recognizable. You can Share your search with the other account users.
Once you have Saved the Search, you will be able to find it on the left hand-side menu.
You can easily Delete the filter by hovering the mouse on it and click on its icon in order to show the Remove Filter menu.
